The house is located near the confluence of a small stream, with the Major stream, in a raised sector, surrounded by a magnificent forest where you will find a walking area and small beaches next to the river in the middle of nature.
The Major stream originates in Montseny, passes through the towns of Espinelves, Viladrau, Sant Sadurní d'Osomort and finally crosses Les Guilleries. The water is transparent, with fairly well-preserved riverside vegetation and a high diversity of animals. Finally, it flows into the Ter shortly after the Sau dam.
