Fabregas House

Casa Fàbregas is one civil building (residential) of rectangular plan (13×15), covered on two sides, with the ridge parallel to the facade located at noon; consists of a plant and two floors. The S facade has a lowered arched portal, with the central gable dated (1891), and five windows of various sizes on the ground floor; two balconies and three windows on the first floor; and four windows in the second. 

The chapel attached to the E facade has, in this part, a pointed arch portal with a central dome dated (1816), oculus and belfry (1944). The E facade presents the attached body of the chapel and two windows on the floor; two windows on the first floor and five windows on the second. 

The N facade has two portals and four windows on the ground floor, three windows and two balconies on the first floor and five windows on the second. 

The O facade, a portal and two windows on the first floor, three balconies on the first floor, four windows on the second, and an oculus under the ridge. The house is located near the confluence of a small stream, with the Major stream in a raised sector.
